Development Log: September 8, 2016

First development post since computer algorithms and the PhD qualifying exam. More behind the scenes work on the flight engine and performance balancing rather than new models or more exciting imagery.

Still plans for this year as it's Star Trek's 50th anniversary, however just a few images to show on the anniversary of the airing of the first episode of The Original Series. #LLAP50 #StarTrek50

Orbital flight simulation. Not quite as stable as Kerbal Space Program's patched conics, but getting there.

Shadows and the Hipparcos star catalog replacing the generic starfield. Note Orion is visible directly in front of the Enterprise.
